Hi, I'm currently waiting on my 1st beardie to arrive, but I can answer this question ... NO!
For many reasons.
1) an adult and baby ANYTHING together in the same cage is ALWAYS a NO!
2) A male with a female will try to breed .. he doesn't care what age she is and that can be a very bad thing (stunt the female's growth, become egg bound, he could be over rough trying to breed and her not ready could injur her, etc.)
3) It has been stated on here before that beardies typically are not a social kinda critter and prefer to have a stress free life without other cage mates... put the cages side-by-side or just introduce them when she's old enough to breed if that is your intention. Maybe have them interact with you outside of their cages?
Good luck!

It's not a good idea to have a male & female together. He will over breed her causing stress. Also if you put a larger and smaller beardie together the larger can kill the smaller in a blink of an eye. Better to house them alone.
