I know the substrate is suppost to be moist, but wont the substrate turn pretty cold since it is wet?? Will the frog get too cold from the substrate??

I know the substrate is suppost to be moist, but wont the substrate turn pretty cold since it is wet?? Will the frog get too cold from the substrate??
i use a small undertank heater on one side of the tank. just incase the frog gets chilly at night, she can always burrow down to the heat.
misting should not be done 2 hours before lights out to prevent excessive moisture in the tank from becoming cold.
