today when i was taking my lizard out of her feeding tank my finger got stuck between her hind legs and she turned around and bite me then she puffed all out with her beard and everything. should i be worried or not?

Having your finger stuck between her legs might have uncomfortable or maybe a bit painful for her, so she did the only thing she could, try and bite the annoyance away. When she realized that it was a part of something larger, she probably puffed up, hoping you wouldn't bite her back LOL. I wouldn't worry about it, just be careful where you fingers go when holding her.
