PPPLLEEAASSSEEE help me I REALLY NEED HELP

I HAD 2 CLUTCHES OF EGGS ONE EGG HATCHED ON THE 21 OF MAY, AND THE OTHER EGG JUST HATCHED MOMENTS AGO. NOW THIS ONE HAS SOME KIND OF NASTY JUNK STILL ATATCHED TO THE HATCHLINGS BODY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS IS IT THE PLACENTA STILL ATATCHED AND THIS IS MY 1ST CLUTCH OF EGGS EVER THE FIRST ONE WAS FINE AND NOW THIS GUY HAS GOT SOMETHING STUCK ON/IN HIM. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. WHAT IF THIS LIZZARD HAS AND EXTRA BODY PART OR SOMETHING ON HIS BELLY. AM I GOING TO LOSE THIS LIZZARD?

It's hard to say what may be wrong with the hatchling without a better description or picture. Were the temperatures and moisture fairly constant during incubation? Did you incubate at the prescribed temperature(s) for this species?

As far as the hatchlings' problem goes, I would take it to a vet or nature will determine the outcome soon enough.
