What Gecko is this

Ingo May 26, 2005 10:36 AM

Hi,

I got this gecko for ID, but I had to quit.
Origin is maledives or mauritius, sadly the guy forgot about it.
Its 3.5 " long, including tail and its a male.
Loog like one of the smoother scaled Hemidactylus species or one of the bisexual Lepidodactylus species to me.
But I have no clue about what exaxctly it could be:

...I have kept and bred a lot of free roaming frenatus for several years.
This one is different, even though its call is similar.

Ingo,
I'm no expert, but I thought of the mourning gecko Lepidodactylus lugubris when I saw the pics...

Mark.
