Chatting last night and have legality question for W. Hogs..

Does anyone know which states seem to have the most legality problems with the purchase and selling of W. Hogs.

I have been cautioned about shipping w. hognose snakes to Illinois and Colorado. I'm sure their are others, just don't know where to get the information.
