What age should corn snakes be retired from breeding?

rugbyman2000 May 26, 2005 02:51 PM

A few of my pet corn snakes are getting to the 7-8-9 year range. I know they will live around 15-20 years, but is there a good age to retire them from breeding?

Corn snakes can reproduce throughout their entire adult lives. The only thing to keep an eye on is their health - especially the females. No snake should be bred if it is injured or ill.
