Mulberry tree branches?

JoshV May 26, 2005 07:46 PM

I just wanted to know if these are toxic? I have a mulberry tree, and I wanted to take some to put into the cage. I am a little suspicious of them because the leaves do emit a white sappy liquid, so I'm just being safe.

Better safe than sorry! Mulberry are fine. This is the only host plant that silkworms (Bombyx) feed on and silkies are safe

If you have a veiled see if s/he will eat the fruit - very yummy!
