Tegu problem please help

My tegu hasnt had a bowel movement in over 4 days just pee. Iv tried warm soaking, and eggs etc.Iv heard papaya will work to loosen it up in there. It seemed to start when i fed my tegu a small hopper when she usually eats large fuzzies. wahst the problem and what should i do to solve it.
