Any info on Tanzanian false tegu?

I am interrsted in these small "tegus" but cant find any care or info on them in any of my lizard books or on sites.
Anyone keep them or know of them?

but actually Latastia longicaudata "Tanzanian Red Rock Lizard". Exporters, importers and dealers are sometimes creative with the common names they give some animals.

No wonder I couldnt find any info out on it. I was interested in buying a few not because of the tegu name but because liked the way it looked and its small size.
When dealers are creative with the name I dont buy from them. Thanks for the actual name of it going to look up care info on it might look for it from another source.
