HIYA! I have a QUESTION.

I have a question about substrate

Right now I am using repti bark.

I was wanting to do a setup similar to my green anole's, A layer of gravel with a layer of Eco Earth on top of it. The grtavel is for water to drain in to.

My anole has been in this set up for almost a year. I have NEVER changed the substrate. It also looks so natural. I would of course spot clean.

Would this set up be ok for a ball python? I already spot clean the repti bark.

Repti bark is just a trade name for Orchid bark, and can be purchased much cheaper as Orchid bark in 50 or 75 litre bags. We have been using it for a few years now as substrate for all our snakes and find it to be ideal. Eric Davies
