Nice orange on that one... if you've kept other apricots you know they lose just about all that color around that age, but yours is holding on to it rather nicely, a hypo with that orange would look amazing... just think orange and lavender!
~ZF

I agree that would be a great color scheme, and what kind of milksnake is that?
He's a Pueblan Milk... was that snake (orange one) sold to you as an "orange pueblan?" and you posted another sock head pueblan and you said it was sold to you as "green phase" i believe... can i see another pic of that snake, is the snake actually a greenish-white color?

~ZF
if i remember correctly that snake was sold to me as a hi-black apricot.
that's a clean lookin pueb ya got there.
That so-called green phase only looks slightly green under flourescent lighting i'll look in my files for another pic.
here's a baby pic of the hi-black apricot

Thats a great looking Pueblan. There is a guy in NY that has some unusual great looking color patterns yours reminds me of his.
.
Nice... i think they call that a reverse halloween.

~ZF
.
Not sure what you'd like me to elaborate on... but if you mean the reverse Halloween thing.... i saw a few snakes like that on Shannon's site that were referred to as reverse Halloween... in the Halloweens the orange and the black seems to "take over" the red (wider orange & balck bands) so you're left with a snake that's orange an black (i think, ypur snake doesn't really seem to have wider than normal orange bands, but the black does "take over" the red ... hope that makes sense?!
Gotta update this pic i got a few more milks to add to this "fruit bowl"

~ZF
I always thought that all a halloween was is a apricot pueb that don't have any red, i'm gonna check out shannon's site.
thanks, ya got some killer milks!
Yep i keep Kings, Milks, and corn Hybrids... i don't like pure corns i find their chiseled shaped heads are ugly (no offense to the "corn people"
... but ALL the variations are cool...
right now i have 2.1 hypo Hondurans (all 3 very different), 0.1 tangerine Honduran, 1.1 Pueblan milks (1.0 "wild type", 0.1 apricot), 1.3 Nelsoni (1.1 het. amel. 0.2 amel), 1.1 aberrant Sinaloans (both look more like my other Nelsoni... but sold as Sinaloans)

~ZF
Very nice sinaloan.

Thats a great looking snake. I thought that sinolans lost lots of the bright red and it became drab as adults but that one is still red.
I dont have a sinolan am I wrong in thinking that as adults they become drab?
Thanks
They "dirty up" a little sometimes, good lookin anyway, IMO
