what is the size of a hatchling gold tegu

I have been wondering this for a while as if I end up getting one I want to start with a hatchling so I can tame it.Thanks

Hi Nick! Golds are typcially 7"-8" total length (STL) on average as hatclings. I also have a baby gold that will hopefully tame as he/she matures.

thanks for answering my question.and thanks for the picture.I think gold tegus are awsome looking and if they are tamed would be a good pet.where did you get yours at?it has a nice gold color to it better than most Ive seen.thanks again
