Natural Range of Uroplatus pietschmanni

Mad_1234 May 29, 2005 09:41 PM

Uroplatus pietschmanni are known to only come from Amboasary Gara in Madagascar which I was able to locate through considerable web surfing. Amboasary Gara is marked on the map by a red dot.

i dont think that the tiny red dot covers the entire range, its just where he found amboasary gara to be. i think it was in the CITES report or something that they revealed this is where they came from, but i had trouble earlier actually finding where this place is. does look like it's too far from the capitol. now we just need to track down climates for the region.
