How do you know your lizard has worms? Your best bet is to wait until you can visit the specialist. Bring along a sample of poop, for a fecal. It can be very dangerous to take it upon yourself to medicate an animal without professional supervision.

In the meantime, if you suspect he has an infection and is not eating, try feeding him some slurry to keep him going until the doctor's visit. They can spend several days without eating, and still be fine. But if he has lost a lot of weight, you may want to try a few drops on his nose, let him lick them off, and at least provide some nutrition until the appointment.

Definately do not try to deworm on your own. First off you need to identifiy what kind of parsite your lizard has, if he has any. This needs, at the very kleast, a microscope and a trained eye. Then you need to figure out the dosage based on your leo's weight and which dewormer its best to use. It is a task for a vet. Make the appointment as soon as possible.
