Who has B.C.C. that weigh 60 pounds or more........." more inside "

I remember seeing alot of monster B.C.C. when I got into this nearly 18yrs ago and Tommy Crutchfield use to bring in some monsters. I would love to see some pictures of really large B.C.C. that are over 10 and over 60 pounds. My largest one is over 11ft and 80 pounds and actually came from the wild that size and she has a head like a cantalope. I will try to get some pictures this week when my buddy comes over. I have dibs right now on a 13 footer. Anyway, would love to see some pics, especially big Surinames or Guyanas. My girl is a big Essequibo Guyana......Thanks.......Johnson Herp

I must admit your post are always interesting and thought provoking. Your willingness to help and to share your knowledge and experience with the folks of this forum are appreciated.

Your collection must be awesome!
I must admit that I have always wished you owned a digital camera so that you may share pictures of some of your 50 Emerald Tree Boas and your BCC collection. I too share your passion for BCC and ETB's.

That said, I have an extra Nikkon digital camera that I do not have use for. I would be happy to give it to you so that you can continue your contributions to this forum while sharing pics of your extensive collection, especially a special animal like a 13 footer or an 80 pounder. Those must be awesome.

Let me know if you are interested and I'll ship you the camera tommorrow.

Regards,

Alex

Well, I have never been much on taking pictures, but I do have a friend that is really good on computers, that I am going to try and get to come over hopefully by the weekend. There are so many nice boas out there anymore, including the fabulous ones that I have seen you post, I doubt that many would be impressed with my " run of the mill boas. " Thin saddles and no speckling and bright colors that do not seem real are pretty much meaningless to me anymore. I am still very old fashion in my weird ways and locality and knowing the front porch the animals are found under, are more important to me, " regardless what they look like. " My emeralds, well they are like a porcelane doll collection and I do not even try to breed them anymore. I was talking to my old friend Scott Michaels the other day and he seems to think that it is a waste and I should have my head examined, but we agree to disagree. There is nobody out there that is better at husbandry than I am, BUT I have never claimed to be a great or even good breeder, heck I do not even really try anymore.Way to many boas out there anymore and I do not really want to sell them for Monitor food. So, how is Bats doing? I wish I would have known Brian was selling her, I would have loved to have her, but she is definately in good hands, considering the good things I have heard about you......Johnson Herp.........Here is a rare white Suriname from Aetina that I picked up over a year ago.

Not much really to tell, she is a great and healthy animal and very placid. I have sources that I have used to obtain locality specific animals and I go straight to the hunter and skip the middle man in most cases. Glad you like her.....Johnson Herp
