i'd keep them in there just in case.. you never know. sometimes the smaller eggs hatch, sometimes they don't. Do they feel any different then the larger eggs? Are they small, but still have a soft firmness to them? If so keep them, if they are all dented in,squishy, and don't feel firm toss them.

Once you start to see them shrivel and mold and turn yellow, toss them. Occasionally I've had small eggs go full term... then die off like two weeks later... other times i've had real tiny eggs hatch out.. so it will vary some.

I'd keep them away from the other eggs tho just in case they start to mold.. don't want the mold spreading to the other eggs if possible.

g'luck

but be careful before oyu throw them out. If they are shriveled, it doesnt mean they are dead...they might just be dehydrated. You can fix that, bury the undented ones in some subsrate for a day or two. Also, if there is too much moisture, it can mold. If there isn't too much, sprinkle atheletes foot powder on them...i did this, and the mold dissapeard and the eggs hatched and lived to be healthy. Good Luck
