Ball Python Newbie - Tucker

Liann Jun 01, 2005 09:00 AM

Here is a quick shot of my new and first BP - "Tucker". He came in the "mail" last week and is doing great. Wolfed down a fuzzy mouse yesterday which was a big relief after reading about a hundred posts entitled "HELP, my BP will not eat!" Seems to have a great disposition as well and only stays balled up for a short time when I hold him. Thank you Ron!!!

I'm glad Tucker (cool name) is doing well for you, I knew he would. He pounded rat pinks here so I wasn't concerned about him being a problem feeder. Just for the people reading your post I shipped him Fed Ex. Don't want people thinking I sent him in the mail since that is illegal.Good luck.. it won't be long before you're looking to add another, an another, an another Ron

Yes, he was definitely sent FedEx for those of you who might be concerned! The "snake arriving in the mail" was just a little joke between my husband and I. Hence the quotations around "mail". He arrived in great condition (via FedEx) on Thursday morning and has been enjoying his new 30 gallon habitat ever since. I've already been out today buying him some climbing branches and another hide. You are definitely right about wanting more Ron. I've already been looking around wondering where the next aquarium might go! lol
