Veileds are from Saudi Arabia and Yemen which most people consider deserts. BUT, the entire country isn't desert! Veileds are found in dense brushy areas in river valleys near the coastlines which get much of their moisture from fog and dew. They can be humid, but not at the same constant level as a "jungle" or rainforest. Depending on how much humidity or "rain" that display gets the veileds are probably doomed. Poor things.
