Hi everyone,

Well, I don't know how my wallet will stand it but I think I'm hooked on Thayeri!! How do I go about finding the Thayeri I want?
I would like to see what I'm buying before I do. So does anyone post pics of their babies? Like Vivid or any of the other big names out there? Or do you just say, Oh, I would like a Leonis phase or Milksnake phase....
I do see some at shows but most are drab. I live on the east coast so I don't think I live near any of the big boys that produce Thayeri.
Any help is deeply appreciated!

Hey Warren,

Go to the kingsnake classified. There is a link @ the top of this page. Unfortunately there are not alot of thayeri for sale right now. Most of last years babies have been sold. There will be quite a few for sale later on this year after some of us hatch out eggs and get them feeding well. You can also find pics on the kingsnake photo gallery. Alot of us post our pic there.

Welcome to our addiction....lol. You should also see some baby pics here soon. And good luck with just getting one.....i don't know if anyone can own just one thayeri, there are to many awesome variations....i'm sure i will end up with a few more this year also.

Welcome to the club.....You will find yourself wanting every possible color/pattern phase thayeri you can think of.
Most babies will be available around the end of July and into August.....This is when first clutches are usually hatching. Breeders like to get them feeding on frozen thawed pinkie mice a few times before selling them. So, sometimes you may have to wait a while on purchasing from a breeder.
When these hatchlings do become available you can pick and chose which ones you want. I would never just ask for a leonis or milksnake phase and wait and see what you will get. Most breeders' websites will have pics of each available thayeri. Some breeders do not have websites anymore or yet or just don't care to. You will find many available on the classifieds throughout the internet. I wish you luck and welcome your addiction....I have 9.14 Thayeri to date and many more to come this year from the breeder pairings......
