today i got another Uro for jeff to chill with i got a small juvinille Nigerian i thought getting something other then Mali would be bad but the guy at the store told me they should be fine together and if i have a problem he will take it back. so far their getting along great. the guy also told me to give them some finch bird food i found odd but they really do enjoy it so i mix it in their plate when i fed them.

i think some people say not to mix species because they may breed and make mutts which isn't deadly or anything, they are just concerned because of the large number of imports from africa. i would be concerned about having the two together right now because the new guy could have bugs or germs from the pet store or from nature if he is wild caught, but that is just my opinion
congrats on your new guy. is there a name yet?

Yeah, like Vonnie noted, now that you have two animals together disease is a real priority. If the new guy needs to be treated you'll need to treat both of them. You'll need to get a fecal to the vet from the new one sometime.

Additionally, aggression isn't necessarily an immediate thing, so this stores offer to "take the new one back" extends for how many weeks?... Be ready to separate the animals into separate containers if something goes wrong.
