Proper temperature questions

StonedReptiles Jun 01, 2005 07:47 PM

A friend of mine was told by someone that to ensure a good growth rate and to aid in power feeding, that he should keep his boas at 95 degrees all the time. No night cooling, or cool end of the cage. Does anyone have an opinion on this? I disagree but I can not say I'm right. Thanks.

Why does he want to power feed his boa? Power feeding will lead to it having health problems and then to its early death. The proper daytime temp is 82 - 86 degrees.
