I have a panther and a veiled chameleon. Bothe males, both about 4-5months old, decent size, and growing fast. Can they live together if the enclosure is large enough, or should I not even try. Thanks!

Don't try it! Even seeing each other from across a room could be a problem. Even if they can't physically fight they will constantly display and stress each other. Not an option, sorry.
I agree. Putting two females together *may* work (not likely) but the outcome of two males may result in a fatality. Best to keep them beside eachother (in separate cages) divided by a sheet of cardboard or thin wood (so they cant see eachother).
