Ok lol long story, had a bearded dragon fell in love with it then it died form coccidia, my heart broke along with ym family cuz we loved him, ok i dont realy want to get another bearded because of that how are the URo temperment compared to a bearded dragon could i sit on the couch with him and just chill with him on my shoulder, are they aware animals liek beardeds? what are there plusses and mihnuses also would i be able to keep one in a 40 gallon breeder tank?

I have not ever owned a beardie, so cannot compare the two with personal experience. however with my uro's, they all have a wonderful temperment. They all can be held altho mine I cannot just "hang out with on my shoulder" for they will run off (and they are FAST!) but others here have much more tame ones that can be out with them more without a problem. Otherwise, they are very very nice creatures.

A 40 gal breeder tank would be fine as long as you have the proper lighting,basking etc for it. Otherwise, it should be fine.
