Posted these on the Boa forum too, because I couldn't find the rainbow boa forum!!
Glad I found it now. =)

Just took these the other night.
It's funny how BRB's can be so calm and cool during the day with their colors, and once the night rolls in the party colors come out! And MAN they are amazing!

This is Ember, my Jeff Clark produced BRB.
When Jeff picked this one out for me, he commented that he would have very nice crescents.

I had no idea. They are like little flourescent reflectors!!

Thanks again Jeff!

Just felt like sharing. =)

These are stunning! I have been trying to figure out how I will photograph Eve next. The wood is a great idea!

To be honest with you, I can't believe how well these pictures came out.

I do like to pose my snakes on pieces of drifwood and such. It's great for my lazy Madagascar Tree Boa, and a few others I own, but Ember was one the move the whole time during the shoot.

Example...

=)

But for Ember, I had to keep flipping the piece of wood just to turn him twords me. So I was holding the camera in one hand, and the wood in the other making sure it was in motion as he was.
All of these pictures were taken in a 10 minute session.
Notice all of the wood is in a different position in the photos. =)

Although I think that JCM is spectacular (and would be very pleased if mine looked anything like yours upon maturity) I also like this snake the pic is of. I saw it on the BOA Forum along with your beautiful BRB and should have responded. I'm not familiar with these guys at all, but it has a certain intelligent curiosity about him.
