Need Help Identifying

I live in the upstate of South Carolina and i'm very familiar with the local snakes, but yesterday i found a snake that had been ran over at my work. The snake was about 20 inches long and was shaped just like a black racer, but it wasn't black at all. The entire top half of its body from nose to tail was a bright blue color (Windex blue)with its belly being completely white. Can anyone help me figure out what kind of snake this was??? Thanks!!!

Sounds like a Rough Green snake.

Greens after death can turn bluish. As for the venter it too will fade from it's normal yellow.
