Do you think this is C.ORNATA or C.CRANWELLI?

HI
I purchased this little horned frog off the internet and he arrived today. He's just over 1.5 inches long and very healthy. As I bought him off the internet I didn't know what he looked like until I received him. He was sold to me as C.Ornata which have been unheard of in the UK for the past 10 years, so I leapt at the chance to get an Ornata but I think he looks suspiciously like C.Cranwelli. I purchased a C.Cranwelli off the net only a couple of months ago and he looked virtually the same as this. Just wondered what anybody else thought? (See more pix in below messages)
Thanks in advance.
Russ

My guess is that you have a C.Cranselli. He has no red spots on him.

I think it is C. Ornata cause I own one that looks just like yours. But also keep in mind that with these horned frogs, there are all sorts of mixed breedings and morphs going on so it may show more than one in the breed characteristic.

Haha, this keeps bugging me, looks like a Cranwelli though.
Anyway, this is my Ornata:

Thanks for that. I like your ornata. Ornata's just disappeared off the market here in the UK around 10 years ago and have never been seen since. Do ornata's colouring get darker or brighter/more vivid as they get older?

I can tell you with 100% certaintly that that is a C. cranwelli. THey have a different head shape from C. ornata.
