Need plans for outdoor den/cave

I am looking to build a large outdoor enclosure for semi-arid tortoises, and would love to build the cave-like structures seen in zoos and wildlife parks for their den. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can find plans to do this?

I use cement blocks with a tin roof I then covered it with dirt for insulation. It looks like a hill with grass growing on it.
