I soak their toes in hydrogen peroxide for a minute. I use tweezers to pull off the skin (careful not to pinch the leo). Sometimes though, with a really bad shed, nothing you do can save the toes. If they bleed a little after you take the shed off, dab on a little neosporin. And even toe-less leo's can get around (incl climbing) just fine.

The same thing happened to one of my females. I soaked her feet in warm water and very gently rubbed the skin off with a wet Q-tip. she is missing some claws that fell off because her toes were bleeding. it took almost 2 hours to get the skin off. be patient and gentle. good luck!

I just got done dealing with this problem with my female. I just kept dripping warm water onto her toes from my finger, and then rubbing the skin area with my thumb's pad. Eventually the skin begain to come loose or come off. I got all the skin off her toes without damaging her claws, but it took a while. The skin was pretty set on there, too. Just keep with it and be gentle.
