Meet Stuart, got him free yesterday..

Was helping a friend at a reptile show in Hamburg PA, as everyone was packing up I heard something moving in the trash can behind us, just as I showed someone an import crate that was shoved in it this little guy fought his way out of the trashcan and climbed up another friends arm. I found the owner of the crate and lizard, he said "go ahead keep it, I got enough of them". This little guy went home with me in a coffee cup.
I dont think Ive ever seen a bosc this tiny before. I set him up in a temporary cage I raised hatchling beardies in for now. As soon as I dropped Miner-all coated large adult crickets in the cage he went wild, ate 10 in 2 minutes or less (better yet the crickets are bigger than his head). Friendly and a voracious eater, very active.

This was the most beautiful animal at the show, she was for sale for $400 until the owner found out she was female, he thought she was an extra male.

He is lucky you were there to take him home. I'm sure with your care he will flourish and become a big, healthy adult. Good luck with him.

So why don't you name him Oscar!
I hope he comes without 'the Grouch' part of it.

How very very fortunate that lizard escaped the crate and found you! I shudder to think of the million ways he would have died otherwise...
Best wishes!
D.
