Dendrobates leucomelas and Phyllobates terribilis are both nice, hardy, bold begginner darts, as well as being inexpensive. They also get along well in groups of their own species, which is a plus, as many others are very territorial. D. auratus is also good, although my own blue morphs are terribly shy. I don't think the other color morphs are, however, so don't discount these on my own singular experience with one color morph. All are within the $25.00 to $35.00 range.

Question: Why do people think the orange looks so much better than the yellow? I've heard almost every leuc owner say this..I haven't seen either in person.. I was just wondering!! Opinions?
