OK here is the story, sorry it's kinda long - I got this girl back in February she was 1600 grams, she was being cooled prior to my getting her, but since I hadn't intended on breeding her, I warmed her back up. She fed weekly on medium F/T rats for three weeks. Then in March I got a male pastel in breeding mode and stuck him in with her (more of an experiment than anything)they hooked up and bred twice both times for about 36 hours. Then I separated them. That week, she refused her meal and then the following two weeks she ate only one small rat each time refusing the medium ones. Her last meal was on 3/19. I weighed her around the end of March/April and she was over 2500 grams. Yes her bowel movements were normal.

On 4/17 I noticed what appeared to be ovulation. I posted and everyone pretty much agreed. The swelling went away after 4/19.

Then I found her laying inverted on 4/24 and a few times after that as well.

Then she shed on 5/2 (I presumed Post Ovulation Shed) so I started counting. It was early only 15 days after ovulation not the 21 days that is supposed to be normal.

So she was supposed to lay last Tuesday (30 days post - post ov shed) but I've still got no eggs. She stays over her heat in a circle or occasionally in this wierd figure eight position but thats about it. I can feel about 8 lumps inside of her, but I'm wondering if those are just folicles shes reabsorbing or what??? Some have told me they've had snakes lay 60 or more days after ovulation, just wondering if this is normal. Maybe because she did her post ov shed early I should expect the eggs a bit later? Thursday would actually be 51 days post ovulation. Because I was planing on maternal incubation I've got her tub on a separate thermostat her temps and humidity are good. Not sure what to expect, I hope shes not egg bound or anything. Should I just not stress it if it happens it happens?

Anyway here are a couple of pictures of her the past couple of days:

Bumpy

Weird Figure Eight

Perfect Circle

Thanks!!

I agree with Corey. I feel she is gravid as well. She is showing all the signs. Good Luck with her.
