What's the big emergency? Don't worry, if she is, she is. If not, you can keep the male in with her. I don't consider this an absolute sign of being gravid. I have males, females and hatchlings that all do it. I had one female that swelled up, layed inverted for about three weeks and is now belly down again. I have a theory that BPs my do this when too warm. Look at other animals that lay on their backs when hot.
