Hi,
I was looking for the best possible information on having one of these creatures as a pet. I am looking for thier size, tank size and setup, food, water, temps. Are they temperamental like all other iguanas?

my cuban is the best reptile i've ever owned. he is the sweetest thing ever. he will actually follow me around like a dog waiting for me to scratch his neck and try to crawl up my pant leg (hes huge). if you have the space and time for a cuban, they are great animals.
I have a young pair of Cubans that are really nice little lizards. They have been slow growing compared to the Rhinos but tamed down nicely and are very docile animals. I also had an 8 year old female that was a total love...great educational animal and she was a bed sleeper! I lost her almost 3 years ago to egg peritonitis. I still miss Doonie so much.
what breeder did you get your cubans from?
