>>an albino with a blizzard?

100% Normals Het. for Albino and Blizzard.

Unless genetics tables have changed in the past year.. Always possible.
What kind of albinos?

>>or a tangerine with a normal?

I think this one's a 50/50... but I'd say Normals het. Tang.

Normal X Blizzard = Normal looking offspring that are 100% het for blizzard....

Normal X Tangerine = A variety of color and pattern combos.... They will look somewhat normal with some tangerine coloration....

There is no such thing as het for tangerine.... It is not a simple recessive or co-dominant trait.... It is a linebred trait.....

That's what I thought!

And the Albino X Blizzard will give you Normals het. for both. Albinoism and Blizzardness are expressed on different alleles. Since they're recessive, you have to have two of those same alleles in the same leo for the traits to be expressed. When you cross the Albino and Blizzard, you end up with 1 Albino and 1 Normal allele, and then 1 Blizzard and 1 Normal allele.

There used to be a website where you could go and enter the leo genetic morphs and see what you'd get. But I don't remember the name, or even if it's still around.
