i thought maybe some of the more experienced big wigs would've said but mines matured at about 1yr old.hope this helps but i could be wrong.

They can begin to mate as early as 8-9 months old, as far as color and size they don't fully mature until 2 1/2 to 3 years old, I have a 2 year old male who is getting yellow striping on his collar area now, gets brighter with each shed. So they continue for quite a while. Eve

she's my little sweety pie and she is getting into the collareds its just the crickets she hates,LOL,she's already got the straight hair down to the bum thing and the "bump" is looking good-just need to find a good nesting material and a rubbermaid big enough to put her in!
