Need help finding oyut What kind of toad this is.....

Ok well I found a bunch of tadpoles near wildwood New Jersey. I took them home and am raising them but I do not know what kind they are. The tadpoles are pretty black and microscopicly small. The toads I seen hopping under the board walk. Are at max 3 inches in length and grayish in color. Does anyone know what these are?
