Nice pics Keith. I think number 2 is my favorite. The lines between the shell plates produce an interesting an eye-catching pattern. For some reason, old bones are interesting to me. Maybe it’s because they make me wonder a little about what the animal did in life, what caused its death, etc. Over the winter when there was little to photograph outdoors, I pulled out some fossils from my collection and arranged them to get some still life photos. Everything in the picture is fossilized bone from circa 20-30 million years ago. Shark teeth are from a white shark and red sea shark. Vertebra is from a bony fish. Floor is fossilized sea turtle shell, background is whale vertebrae.
