Take your snake to the vet! It may be a tumor.

From your description it sounds like you snake is a wildcaught. Wildcaught snakes often have blisters.

Couple questions on the Florida king:

1) is the snake a wildcaught or captive born?

2) how long have you had the snake?

3) Who did you buy the snake from? Pet shop? Breeder ect

4) what have you been feeding the snake? A snake fed on anything like frogs, snakes, lizards may have picked up parasites from those food items.

5) what set up are you keeping the snake in? Cage? substrate? ect. Has the cage been kept wet? Dry?

You snake is ridden with parasites. That is why the rugurged meals are happening. A florida king that is a CB and has been in your collection since you purchased from the breeder most likely just has flagyllates. A couple doses of Flagyl will cure that.

A snake that came from a pet shop, was wild caught or from unknown origin may have more serious parasites such as worms.

If the snake was CB and in your care the problem could have came from a dirty water dish. If so don't feed it for two weeks and then try feeding a mouse. Otherwise take it to the vet.

I would take your snake to a vet ASAP. ***Assuming husbandry is good***, the length of time that the snake keeps food down suggests that your snakes intestines are blocked. This could be caused by any number of things cancer, constipation, ingested bedding or even extreme parasite overload just to name a few. Several bits of info would be helpful. Did the lump and the regurgitating appear spontaneously or has he done it since you got him? Could you post a pic of the lump or be more specific about its size and location? Could you give some information about the husbandry?

The only way to know for sure is with an xray. If you really can't afford it you should do the following. Soak the snake in luke warm water for several hours every few days. This could help if the problem is simply constipation.

Stop feeding him for a while! Snakes, even sick ones, can go a remarkably long time without food. A snake that is continously vommiting is getting weaker and dehydrated and would be better off going hungry for a few weeks while you try to fix the problem.
