and the other satanic hatchling still hasnt come out. im guessing theres either nothing in there or it was too weak to make it. should i open it or keep waiting. something tells me wait, but thenagain, id like to remove it if nothing is coming.

It'll start to decompose if the baby didn't make it right? Would it be best to wait for evidence of decomposition before cutting it open? Maybe you should go with your gut instinct and wait.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I'm sorry about your corkbark female you lost when you got home. You did everything you could and I'm sure she knows that.

The one thing I have learned with reptile eggs is it over until the egg decomposes or explodes. If it's already dead -- what difference does it make -- if it's alive you risk killing it and beating yourself up after you did it. Personally -- I would leave it be.
the egg will get soft on the outside and start to discolor. as i stated before. i had two crested eggs that were majorly undercalcified. because of this they were starting to " leak" prematurely. one got soft at 85 days. the other was still hard at 86 but i decided to open it. the gecko basically jumped out of the egg when i slit it open and it has been 5 days now and is perfectly fine. i think the reason i opened mine is because my longed incubation time for cresteds is 87 days. if i were you i would go by your longest incubation time that you've had for satanics and see if that helps you decide whether or not you should open it.
The waiting kills you my friend. Just remember, I waited 124 days before mine hatched... that should give you some ideas.

Cresteds have soft shelled eggs and a death is 100x more obvious than in a hard shelled egg - they can take months after death to show signs. I had some satanics go 6 mos before...
Speaking of eggs hatching out mismatched, my cresteds are doing that, I had 5 hatch out a week early last week, and not a single one of their clutchmates has hatched yet.. I hate it when they do that.

whats the total time youve had the egg? im sort of in lthe same situation but last year i jumped the gun on a henkle and it was to weak and didnt make it.it was 23 days past the haatch date
well, these were laid on march 13th. i forgot to check that date, and it seems as though this one that already hatched out might just have done so a lil bit early. kinda funny cuz some of you might remember both from the last clutch hatched out a week earlier than expected. looks like jason is having the exact opposite problems from me, although i can say i really hope it doesnt take another month or more for the clutchmate to hatch out....that would be weeeeeeird.
Sad news.

WAIT!!
Don´t do anything just wait and seem there can be a huge difference when they will hatch, even if they ar from the same female and day.
