latin1956 Jun 07, 2005 04:54 PM

When the baby snakes are born is it okay to cut the sack or just let them do it themselves????

Thanks

I will give them some time before I cut the sacs on the boas that have not broken out of it yet. I do mist them and that seems to get them moving a bit. But if they still don't seem to be making any head way, I will poke a small hole in the sac by the head and get the head out so breathing can start.
I hope this helps.
