I just got a new viper boa today and it is about a foot lang but is the meanest darn snake i have ever seen. It strikes at everything. My question is what is the best way to start handling it? Should i be prepared to get bit? Are the bites the same as a ball python? His name is Manson because he is just that aggresive. LoL any advice would help. Thanks Thomas

Easy... dont handle him 
....Maybe im lucky, but the 2.2 WC aspera that I have, are very gentle, and have never tryed to bite me, only the newborn babys, are completly psycko 
Dont really think that aspera are to be tamed...but I'll like to hear how many times he bites you before you succed!!
