Cheaper prices at Shows?

mcbasspro Jun 09, 2005 12:23 AM

hey guys
i live in San diego CA
and ive been to all the recent shows
but untill recently i havent been into
cresteds. i was into chameleon breeding.
anyway i was wondering if the prices at
shows are ever cheaper then in stores or
online?

also are they cheaper for any other Rhacs?

how many of u go to shows with up 300 cash
in ur pocket?

thanks
marco

Shows are generally cheaper (don't have to pay shipping, more competition, etc) But, it all depends

keep in mind that 300 cash you talk about at a show could either get you one really nice animal, or like 6 buckskins, prices wont fall THAT much at shows, at least not on the first day, if on the second day the animal is still there (assuming its a multiple day show) the vendor may be more willing to work with you on a price if they dont want to travel back with the animal.

it all depends. you will find good deals on decent animals, and there will also be really nice animals that are just as expensive at the show as they are anywhere else. i plan on attending NARBC in september and ive already spoken to a few vendors to get an idea of prices and most of the animals im interested in are going to be 200 , it all depends on how much youre willing to spend and what you consider to be a reasonable price, etc.

the cresteds and gargoyles are the same range of prices at shows I've seen...just save on shipping...
other rhacs are more expensive and just keep going up...
$300 goes easy at a show...the one nearest has a cash machine at the place lol
