Out of 3000 ch ball pythons I went thru this year this one stood out. The importer even picked it out of selects I picked and looked at it for about 5 minutes before putting it in the bag and selling it to me. It has a very distint color which I didnt see in any other import this year. If you drop it in with 100 other ones it stands out. It has the hook marks, blushing, and mojave circles. I thought wow it looks like a dull mojave. I hadnt paid much attention to the phantoms and didnt know exactly what they were since there arent many pictures. It is a boy and will be kept to prove him out if he is something or ends up just being an odd normal. Let me know what you think.

I thought at first it looked like a cinnamon with the wrong coloring. I went to Ralphs site and looked through all the pics and did not find anything like it either. Then I heard a phantom mentioned and I wondered if that might be it because If i had to name it phantom would fit it well. It looks like a dull mojave too. The one I got has some normal and some floating alien heads and lots of flames all hooked together in parts of it's body. It has a greyed down tan look to it. I am anxious to post it and get some opinions but it is in really deep shed right now. You know it's white with the blue eyed look right now. I got another that is strange like that too. It does have a cinnamonish color to it but not a really light head like I would expect on a cinnamon and it has white going up about half of it's body from the belly up but has the same kind of mojave looking configuration but with only about 4 floating alien heads as opposed to about 8 or 9 on the light tan one.
Hope someone posts with an opinion because I would like to know what I have. Glad to know someone else has one too!

Here is the belly. It has about 10 super faded gray specs but is otherwise completely clear. I dont think the camera picked the specs up they are so light.

If the belly is completely clear, you are more likely to have something co-dom. Just breed him and see what you get. If you get half like him, then you need to raise a girl to see if you have something real good. Good luck.

but more likely it would be a nice normal. Wait till it gets bigger. It may get either nicer or more normal colored.
Can't really tell till the babies get bigger.
