CB mangroves sometimes appear in kingsnake classifieds.... other than that, the internet seems pretty lean on captive bred mangroves, or any rear fangers, for that matter....

If you find a breeder let me know, please
I'd love to get another mangrove, but I wont risk another wild-caught...

Wish I could help you guys but mine are a few years from breeding. Glades herps is your likely best bet-since your name suggests your Floridian, though the chance of getting C/b is slim.

W/C seem easier, in my experience-if they are small. Still, it often comes down to assist or force feeding till they get the idea.

I never had a problem getting my WC to eat..I treated it with flagyl and panacur and about a week later i left a rat pink in its cage overnight and its eaten every time since.
You would be fine with a ltc also..if its established and eating well then you shouldnt have any problems

.... I've had bad luck with wild caught mangroves... after 13 years of snake keeping, I've had 5 out of 13 snakes die... 4 of the deaths were import mangroves... the other was an IBD carpet python.....

I'd wait.... they do come up if you dont mind waiting a month or two. Check classified 'other snakes' and 'venomous'.... I see them in either

.... although, I agree with Jason.... a LTC would be okay...

Send me an email. I am incubating eggs presently from a wild caught gravid mom. I wont sell em but I will trade em.
