What kind of lizard are these??

TempestGarden Jun 11, 2005 02:24 PM

Hi.

I picked up this pair of lizards at a reptile show today and I was wondering if anyone can tell me exactly what they are and where I might go online to find some information about them. As I recall, the guy said they were something in the neighborhood of Gree Tree Jalapuras (spelling??). If this is so, anyone happen to know the latin name of them? Thanks...

looks like Agama family (beardies, lawson's dragon, red headed agama, etc) - i would search that family first. what area are they native to? if it's Australia or nearby, you are probably looking at that group. i have not seen those before, but the head structure and back pattern make me think of those. good luck and find out soon so you can take care of them correctly!
