Is it legal to feed kittens or cats to your snake?

well, i would say NO since i'm a cat lover! besides if your thinking of feral cats/kittens they carry disease and you risk making your snake sick.

I'v heard of people doing this, it's probably not actually illegal, but if people find out they will definetly shut you down. Cats are very dangerous compared to rodents, make sure you kill them first if you do. There's an article that was posted on one of the forums here about somewhere in the UK that banned large constrictors, and therefore no feeders, so people were using kittens as feed. Anyway, it made international news, you don't want to be that guy. Rodents are cheaper anyway.

No its looked at as animal cruelty. A Florida man was charged a few years back. He is working with a wholesaler though he is not supposed to have anything to do with animals for 5 years by court order. It is bad for the herp community as a whole if you get caught and will cost you your collection and possibly jail/fines. So don't give the people against reptiles more fuel for their fire. Give the kittens to the humane society so they can kill them for you.
