3 year old Male Aru. He's had this coloration for over a year. Odds of his staying like this?

Biaks tend to take their sweet time changing. Odds are looking good for him, but my 5 year old is still changing. Kam from Bushmaster also mentioned some of his adults still changing color at 10 years old.
