Tortoise Eating Paper

Hi, my tortoise has been eating paper, the sheets of paper I use as bedding,not eating a lot but is that a problem?

It can be a problem. I've lost only one tortoise to impaction and it was an Aldabra that consumed a bunch of paper during shipping to me. It died as a result.

i whould take the (News?) paper out and replace it with a hay of some sort, i use timothy hay about $7 a bag lasts about 2 months.
