Housing Nosy-be outdoors

Anyone ever do this before? I have him on the patio of my apartment, it get filtered sunlight throughout the day(well its mostly shade) and direct for about 2-3 hours. Hes in a 65 gal reptarium, with a large ficus but being 4-5 years old he can only sit on top. I feed and spray everyday, I was just wondering if it was a good idea or not, I dont want him to get too hot, and Im not here sometimes during the day to keep an eye out. Whats the highest temps you think they can handle? I live in NC so summers can get pretty hot, with a week sometimes hovering 95-100. I think i should take him in when it gets like that, but for now its been 80-90 and 70-75 at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I live in Florida and have both boys outside under our porch in 4x4x3 cages with only 1/8 of the cage able to receive full sun, the rest is under shade. We use Mr. Moisture that sprays for 2 minutes hoursly...the cages are filled with live plants..(2-3 scheffelera and teaplants) as well as cool mist ultrasonic humidifier. With all these in place, they are thriving.

I had them indoors with the Reptisuns, but they are nowhere as active or as healthy looking as they have been since outside. Mind you...they are not in direct sun. They are misted at least 3-4 times daily.
